Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Cancellation requests will only be processed once acknowledged by Triplogix. 

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities and other service providers involved in the booking. 

2. Flight Bookings 

• Airline cancellation rules and charges will apply as per the fare conditions.  
• Triplogix service charges are non-refundable once the ticket is issued.  
• Refund timelines depend on the respective airline and may take 7–30 working days.  

3. Hotel Bookings 

• Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate type.  
• Certain promotional or non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for refunds.  
• Any applicable cancellation charges imposed by the hotel will be deducted from the refund amount.  
• Triplogix service charges are non-refundable once the hotel is booked. 

4. Holiday Packages 

• Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation before departure.  
• Non-refundable components such as visa fees, travel insurance, some attraction tickets and processing fees will not be refunded.  
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmation from all service providers.  

5. Visa Services 

• Visa fees, appointment fees and processing charges are strictly non-refundable once the application process has started.  

6. No Show 

If the traveler does not arrive or utilize the booked services without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a “No Show” and no refund may be applicable. 

7. Refund Processing 

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment whenever possible.  
• Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels or other suppliers.  
• Triplogix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.  

8. Force Majeure 

Triplogix shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes or airline operational issues.
