2. Booking Terms and Conditions
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email within 24-48 hours
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and payment is received
- Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Group bookings require minimum participants as specified in the package details
2.2 Booking Modifications
- Modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and supplier policies
- Name changes may not be permitted on certain bookings and may incur fees
- Date changes are subject to fare/rate differences and change fees
- Modifications must be requested in writing (email) with sufficient advance notice
2.3 Travel Documentation
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and other required documents
- We provide visa assistance but do not guarantee visa approval
- Vaccination and health certificate requirements are traveler's responsibility
- Documentation requirements may change; travelers should verify before departure
3. Payment Terms and Policies
3.1 Payment Methods
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers
- Corporate clients may be offered credit terms subject to approval
- Foreign exchange for international travel is subject to RBI guidelines
- All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways
3.2 Payment Schedule
- Domestic Travel: Full payment required at the time of booking
- International Travel: 50% advance payment, balance 30 days before departure
- Group Travel: Customized payment schedule based on group size and requirements
- Corporate Travel: Payment terms as per signed agreement
- Late payment may result in booking cancellation and loss of advance payment
3.3 Currency and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless specified otherwise
- International package prices may fluctuate due to exchange rate variations
- Fuel surcharges and taxes are subject to change as per airline/supplier policies
- Government taxes and service charges are additional unless specified as inclusive
4. Cancellation and Refund Policies
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
- 60+ days before departure: 10% of total cost as cancellation fee
- 45-59 days before departure: 25% of total cost as cancellation fee
- 30-44 days before departure: 50% of total cost as cancellation fee
- 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost as cancellation fee
- Less than 15 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- Cancellation fees are in addition to supplier-imposed charges
4.2 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-21 business days from cancellation confirmation
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing charges may be deducted from refund amount
- Refunds for international bookings may take additional time due to supplier policies
4.3 Force Majeure and Cancellation by TripLogix
- We may cancel trips due to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or government restrictions
- In such cases, full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered
- We are not liable for expenses incurred due to such cancellations
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances
5. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct
5.1 Information Accuracy
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information for all bookings
- Any errors in provided information may result in additional charges or booking issues
- Customers must notify us immediately of any changes in contact information
- False information may result in booking cancellation without refund
5.2 Travel Conduct
- Customers must comply with local laws and customs of destination countries
- Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from tour without refund
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and safety
- Customers must follow group tour guidelines and schedules
5.3 Health and Fitness
- Customers must ensure they are medically fit for travel
- Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking
- Required vaccinations and health precautions are customer's responsibility
- Travel insurance covering medical expenses is strongly recommended
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 TripLogix Content
- All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are owned by TripLogix
- Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited
